1. Return Eligibility
– Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
– Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
– Gift cards
– Sale or clearance items
– Custom printed or embroidered merchandise
3. Return Process
– Email admin@inkwave.lk with your order number and reason for return.
– We will provide a return address and further instructions.
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty; in such cases, we will cover all shipping charges and related expenses.
4. Refunds
– We will notify you of the approval or rejection once your return is received and inspected.
– A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days if approved.
5. Exchanges
– We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us with evidence (photos) for prompt
assistance.
